Rick Harrison is an accomplished management consultant with over 25 years of experience in executive leadership – running businesses and leading talent. Throughout his career, Rick’s worked with large financial services organizations in turnaround situations.

As the Managing Principal of Partner Matters for Deloitte, Rick was responsible for all talent aspects concerning the Partners and Managing Directors.  In this role, Rick led the development of a new performance management and compensation process.  Prior to this role, Rick was responsible for the significant expansion of the consulting practice in Mexico.  He also held local and regional management roles and led Talent for the Consulting Practice Unit in Deloitte.

A proven executive, Rick’s experience in running businesses and handling complex executive talent enable him to work closely with management teams to develop strategies and aligning the proper incentives to drive implementation.  Rick is passionate about integrating the talent strategy to support the business strategy, developing people and creating a culture of collaboration, inclusion and support, just as he experienced throughout his career.

During his retired life, Rick spends his time between New York and Miami, enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and two dogs.
