I have lived and worked in Europe, Asia and America and I feel privileged to be able to collaborate with leaders that give their very best to improve the ways their organizations and their employees perform and bring meaningful change around them.

I believe our organizations are extremely complex and extremely powerful and will become increasingly so. I feel privileged to be able to collaborate with leaders in times of uncertainty and help them design strategies and organizations and develop their key people to deliver these strategies.

I have worked across geographies, across industries and across functions. I enjoy helping organizations and leaders align across these different geographies, functions and industries to create meaningful change for their teams.

What I Value Most

Time. The time spent with friends and family in simple conversations, reading a book far from the noise of everyday life or watching my kids grow, develop and surprise me helps me recharge and find meaning.
