Kristina is known for her ability to unlock potential in others by helping them uncover their core strengths and values. Her coaching is grounded in data-driven insights and neuroscience, blended with a deep understanding of the human factors that drive performance.

Prior to joining Kinavic, Kristina held senior leadership and Partner roles in a variety of management and technology consulting firms, as well as software and financial services companies including Concentrix, Avanade, and BMO Harris Bank. She has built and led teams, designed client success strategies, and implemented programs that improved client and team engagement and delivered measurable business outcomes.

Kristina is trained in Co-Active Coaching, Positive Intelligence, and LUMA Design Thinking, and is a certified Customer Experience Professional.
