Luis is the Engagement Lead at Kinavic Leadership Acceleration, where he facilitates and manages client engagements to help leaders and organizations leverage data, experience, and expertise to accelerate performance.

Having lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and America, he enjoys helping organizations and leaders align across different geographies, functions and industries to create meaningful change for their teams.

Luis is a seasoned management consultant, with experience in leadership, strategy, organization and transformation. He has served in various leadership roles including HR & Digital Transformation Lead at EXFO, Senior Manager at Accenture, and most recently as Client Partner at Korn Ferry where he was the North America lead for their Performance Management practice.
