Over the past fifteen years, I have had the privilege of mentoring leaders and teams of large and small, local and global, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in the art of authentic leadership. My grounding in the field of integral development theory, extensive study of and work with leadership personality frameworks and my research in and development of generative leadership methodology and practices are what inform and shape my work with clients. Each organizational engagement, coaching/mentoring relationship or team development session is unique, personal and deeply human.
Favorite Problem to Solve
Creating the conditions that allow leaders to see for themselves the underlying and invisible patterns of behavior that, when tackled, allow for alignment, collaboration and the fulfillment of breakthrough results beyond what was predictable.
Unique Perspective
My view of organizations is based on a profound understanding of ‘human systems’ – the ways in which people work together: culture, context, relationships, teamwork and communication. Human systems are related to, but distinct from ‘business systems’ – the processes for creating, developing and fulfilling business objectives. It is the integration of these two ‘systems’ that provide clarity and alignment for organizations and teams to work in a more cohesive manner to deliver on shared commitments and goals
