Lynne is an Executive Advisor at Kinavic Leadership Acceleration, where she leverages her experience as a corporate officer to quickly build trust with leaders and help them discover a unique leadership style that not only leverages their strengths but brings out the best in their teams as well.

As a Hogan Assessment, Birkman Type Indicator, and 360 Profiler certified coach, her primary focus is to strengthen organizations by creating engaging cultures, developing high-performing leaders for succession, and ultimately delivering industry-leading results.

Lynne has built an extensive career in human resources and people development. She served as SVP of HR and Global Learning at InterContinental Hotels Group and also as Chief People Officer and member of the Executive Team at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. As a member of the Popeyes executive team, Lynne helped lead the brand turnaround through building culture, embedding brand purpose and principles, and developing leaders who would deliver business results to key stakeholders.

Lynne has been a keynote speaker at national and international conferences including World at Work, SHRM-Atlanta, The Retail Banker’s Association, and the Chief Learning Officers Symposium. Additionally, she has been featured in multiple publications including Franchise Business Review, HR Magazine, Profile Magazine, and Chief Learning Officer Magazine.
