Stephanie is a Managing Director at Kinavic Leadership Acceleration, where she brings nearly 25 years of strategy and management consulting, leadership, and talent strategy experience to support Kinavic client success.

Her experience building leadership development programs and managing a global MD success program has given her a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth and transformation within organizations.

Before joining Kinavic, Stephanie most recently served as the global lead for the Managing Director Success program at Accenture. In that role, she built out and scaled a performance coaching program focused on providing executives the support needed to accelerate performance in their first three years with the firm.

Stephanie’s background and passion allow her to help organizations navigate complex leadership challenges, develop effective talent strategies, and cultivate high-performing teams. Stephanie is a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and holds a Doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy.
