Missy McNabb is an Executive Advisor at Kinavic Leadership Acceleration, where she brings over 30 years of experience in human resources, professional services, and talent development. She collaborates closely with clients to design and implement talent strategies that elevate leadership effectiveness and drive long-term business results.  

Her approach blends strategic planning with practical implementation, allowing her to guide both individual leaders and teams through meaningful change.  

Before joining Kinavic, Missy established herself as a leader in talent development and organizational effectiveness across a variety of industries. She’s held senior leadership roles at companies like McKesson, North Highland, and Raymond James where she’s focused on talent management including talent strategy, organizational design, succession planning, and M&A integration. Most recently, she’s served as a Sr Consultant at Greenway Strategy Group and Executive Leadership Coach at Robert Gregory Partners, a FranklinCovey Company.  

Missy currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Charter Chapter of the International Coaching Federation where she serves as the Strategic Partnerships Co-Chair.
