Using the Verity Leadership Assessment℠—built specifically for professional services leaders— we use psychometric data to gain insights into the invisible traits and tendencies that influence someone’s performance.

We work closely with sponsors and stakeholders to understand business imperatives, growth objectives, cultural dynamics, and expectations for the role. These inputs are integrated with leadership data to identify the critical few focus areas that will most accelerate performance.

Coaching is delivered through high-touch, 1:1 sessions with a senior Kinavic Executive Advisor. Advisors apply deep business experience and applied science to translate insight into clear traction plans. We maintain ongoing alignment with sponsors through regular check-ins, enabling real-time feedback, barrier removal, and sustained performance acceleration.
