Before joining Kinavic, Juan was a partner and practice leader with EY, Korn Ferry, Mercer, RSM, and Axiom Consulting Partners. As a corporate executive, he led several corporate functions for Constellation Energy and Baan Company.

A frequent speaker and writer on strategy and talent-related topics, he co-authored Shockproof – How to Hardwire Your Business for Lasting Success (John Wiley & Sons, 2010) and The Talent Management Handbook, Third Edition (McGraw Hill, 2018). His articles have been featured in CFO Magazine, Talent Quarterly, and WorldatWork’s workspan.
