As selecting, retaining and developing leaders becomes more complex, I identified a tremendous opportunity to start a firm dedicated to sparking change in how firms respond. I am driven to enable authentic transformations that solve tough challenges and ensure sustainable success.

I’ve spent 25 years in human capital – specifically in management consulting, recruiting and retained search. Over that time I have learned that to truly succeed in talent acceleration and to become a destination for top talent, firms must focus on assessing, understanding and empowering their leaders and the teams they influence.
