I am proud to have assessed and coached over 1,000 leaders from around the world to help them develop their effectiveness and find jobs that optimize their talents. I have also created large-scale selection programs for jobs at all levels, as well as global talent management and leadership development programs designed to ensure that people have the talents to thrive as their organizations and roles change.
