I am an Industrial Organizational Psychologist with extensive experience assessing, selecting, developing, and coaching leaders. I am proud to have assessed and coached over 1,000 leaders from around the world to help them develop their effectiveness and find jobs that optimize their talents. I have also created large-scale selection programs for jobs at all levels, as well as global talent management and leadership development programs designed to ensure that people have the talents to thrive as their organizations and roles change.

I enjoy helping clients identify the talents people need to be successful now and as their businesses evolve. As a coach, I love helping high potential leaders and senior executives gain focus and be intentional about accelerating their growth so they can master their career transitions and attain their professional, career, and personal goals.

What I Value Most

I value my family and friends, service to others, and travel. I have been privileged to serve in leadership roles for non-profit organizations aimed at global community development and improving the lives of the elderly and children and participating on medical teams providing healthcare to underserved communities in developing countries.
