Prior to joining Kinavic, James held enterprise talent management and executive development roles at Fortune 500 organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company and The Hershey Company. In addition, as founder of Re-Imagination Coach, James has several years of experience as an independent executive coach and consultant on a variety of human capital and leadership-related projects.
