Nate is a Co-Founder and Senior Partner at Kinavic, bringing his decades of experience in senior executive roles at Accenture, McKinsey, and Microsoft. He has helped numerous organizations align their talent strategies with the business strategies, unlocking the full potential of their top teams and leaders at all levels to achieve exceptional financial results. 

His expertise spans business, workforce, & digital transformation, talent strategy, operating model and org redesign, learning and leadership development, people analytics, and top team effectiveness. 

Before Kinavic, Nate was a partner at McKinsey & Company where he led their leadership development client practice, a Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Accenture Strategy, Accenture’s Global Lead for Talent Strategy and Leadership Development, and Microsoft’s Global Lead for People Strategy. He was also a Managing Director at the private equity firm Roark Capital, where he led the Strategic Resource Group across the entire portfolio. 

Before his corporate career, Nate was a Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Officer in the United States Marine Corps where he served honorably in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He is a distinguished graduate of Harvard Business School and the United States Naval Academy. He is the author of the memoir Running Toward Fire: Following the Warrior Path.
