Bill Poston is an entrepreneur, business advisor, investor, philanthropist, educator, and adventurer. He is the founder or principal owner of over twenty companies and nonprofit enterprises. He co-founded, grew, and sold innovation management consulting firm Kalypso. He is currently focused on turning The Launch Box into a value-creating machine for other entrepreneurs. The Launch Box is a platform for starting and growing professional service firms that enables founders to focus exclusively on selling, serving clients, nurturing talent, and growing the business.

He also serves as the chairman of both Kianalei Capital, an investment firm, and Muy’Ono, a resort and tour business in Belize; the President of the Stelos Alliance, a nonprofit that benefits student leaders at the collegiate level; and the lead instructor of the Housley Principled Leadership Program.

Bill also serves on the boards of several other for-profit and nonprofit enterprises when not SCUBA diving, fishing, snow skiing, backpacking, or pretending to relax on an island somewhere.
