During my time as CEO of Baker Tilly US, the firm tripled its size, expanded into 15 new domestic markets, and successfully integrated more than 20 domestic and international organizations through merger and acquisition. During that time, I was rated #1 in Employee Satisfaction and CEO Approval Rating among Top 20 U.S. Advisory CPA Firms according to Glassdoor. I now serve as an advisor to help CEOs and their key stakeholders understand what it will take to remain relevant and sustainable. I enjoy developing and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

All roads lead to/from strategy. My favorite puzzle to solve is working with firms and leaders to develop well-defined strategies that help organizations BREAK THE MOLD™ of conventional thinking to achieve differentiated outcomes.

Unique Perspective

I’ve sat in the CEO chair of a $1.5B firm and collaborated with network partners around the globe. I’ve experienced the power of leadership acceleration and know that the unique problems senior leaders face require unique training and development.

What I Value Most

I value spending time with my family, especially boating and time together on the water. I’ve enjoyed the many opportunities I’ve been afforded to travel in my career and collaborate with people around the world.
